Positive Intelligence – the answer to improving your Mental Fitness
Positive Intelligence mental fitness training is about working out mentally in order to reduce stress and increase your ability to turn negative thoughts to positive.Through my coaching practice I have partnered with Positive Intelligence Inc. to offer a six-week app-based program. I coach people through the process of deep self discovery, so they understand how to control their own mind and maintain a positive mindset, with powerful and life-changing results.
What is mental fitness?
- Essentially, it’s the ability to turn every circumstance and outcome into a gift and opportunity
- PQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It's the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential

How do you improve your mental fitness?
By working on 3 core mental muscles:
- Weakening our “saboteurs” (the inner critics we have in many guises)
- Strengthening our “sage” (the innate wisdom we all possess)
- Building up the brain muscles that channel calm and positivity through micro meditations so you boost self-command and gain control over your own mind
Results and Impact
Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training MRI imaging has shown:
- Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to your Sage (positive mental muscles)
- Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to your Saboteurs (negative mental muscles)

What’s involved?
- 6 weeks duration, mostly app-based so you learn at your own pace.
- Watch 1-hour weekly video.
- Once a week group video call hosted by me to discuss progress, share learnings and support each other.
- 15 minutes/day of guided mini meditation exercises on the Positive Intelligence app (free to download).
- Read 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided or listen on the app)
- Through the Positive Intelligence app, you will continue to have access to all these mental fitness resources for an entire year.
The cost
- The program is normally sold for $1,000, but my partnership with Positive Intelligence entitles me to 5 seats, which I am offering to selected clients for a reduced rate.
- The 5 people will form a “pod” which will meet once a week virtually, with me to facilitate and guide you through the course.
