I'm an accredited Relational Dynamics 1st coach and my background is working with creative people and arts organisations.

I’ve spent many years managing contemporary artists, helping them gain international recognition and commercial success. I worked for galleries - Haunch of Venison gallery in Mayfair as Head of Artist Relations, and for artists directly, as a Consultant (for Joana Vasconcelos, one of Portugal’s best-known artists) and as Director of Jonathan Yeo’s studio, amongst many others.

I decided to focus on coaching as I am passionate about maximising potential, and I get huge satisfaction from helping others gain clarity, focus and see positive change happen. 

Essential to my success is the ability to be a trusted and empathetic sounding board for the airing of ideas and plans, fears and frustrations, so that solutions and strategies can be worked out and the best possible results achieved.

Coaching can be life changing, I've personally had many a lightbulb moment being coached.  I believe coaching is a powerful tool that enables individuals to boost their existing talents, access untapped reservoirs of potential, and create breakthroughs for themselves and their organisations.
