I believe that every issue and circumstance we face can be turned into a gift or an opportunity if we know how to stay curious and employ the power of a positive mindset. This isn’t about glossing over reality with false positivity, it’s about facing obstacles with clarity and confidence so that innovation can happen.

Coaching can be transformational — I’ve experienced the lightbulb moments myself. In 1:1 sessions, I draw on positive psychology, behavioural science, and emotional intelligence to help you better understand your mindset, behaviour, and motivation.

Coaching sessions take place at an agreed time, via video or phone call.

We can arrange to meet face to face for an extra cost.

Duration

Sessions are usually one hour. Duration, frequency and number of sessions are agreed with you on an individual basis.

Costs

Discovery call

My hourly rate is £75 for coaching. In-depth strategy and management partnerships are approached on a project by project basis, and costed accordingly.

Purchasing a series of 6 coaching sessions will qualify for a discount of £15 - £435 rather than £450.
